After you have successfully initiated and concluded a transcript request by paying for it through any of the online payment options available, an account will be created for you and the login details sent to you (an e-mail address must have been provided during the process of requesting your transcript). You can then log on to the portal to view the status of your transcript request.

Yes. The portal avails you the opportunity of making your request in batches. For instance, in one visit to the portal, you can specify that more than one copy of your transcript be sent to different locations. Please note however that you are charged per transcript/request batch item.

Yes. After payment, you can monitor the process of your transcript by logging on to the portal with the login details sent to your email. As soon as your transcript is picked up by your selected courier service, you will also be provided with the tracking number via mail. This will help you track/monitor the shipment on your selected courier website.

Tracking numbers for transcripts are usually delivered to us by the courier 24 hours after the packages have been picked up. Note that this does not delay the movement of the transcripts. The packages leave for their various destinations instantly but it takes some time for the courier personnel to collate all the tracking numbers and forward to the iTranscript team. As soon as these tracking numbers are made available, they are uploaded .When this is done, you will recieve a mail containing your tracking number and directions on how to track it.

NO. You are advised to apply for your transcript with the name used to process your admission. Providing a name that is different from what is currently on your file will greatly delay the processing of your transcript. If you realise that you made such an error in the past, use the support email on our contact us page to send us your correct full names.

When you make a mistake in your matriculation number while making a transcript application, this GREATLY delays the processing of your transcript.

For now, the portal does not accommodate requests for student copies of Transcripts. If you want a copy of your transcript, kindly make a request for it on the portal and have it addressed to yourself. It will be processed and delivered to you.

You can send a soft copy of your transcript to any university or organization in the world. When you have a need to make this kind of order (soft copy), ensure that you select a Soft Copy as the category of your request. Then, provide the organization’s/university’s email address and other details as you would be required to fill. A soft copy of your transcript shall be processed and sent to the email of the institution accordingly.

The iTranscript service is available for alumni who attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka for their FIRST DEGREES and POSTGRADUATE DEGREES. Note also that the portal is equally available for current students who would want to request for their course in progress transcripts.

Alumni who live outside Nigeria or who are in Nigeria can choose to make payments for iTranscripts and iVerification requests in foreign currency (USD). You should have a valid USD card to enable you complete a payment for for all kinds of request on the portal.
